Refund policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for your trust in Almas Spa. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services. Should this not be the case, the following guidelines apply:
Refunds:
1. Services & Treatments

  • Treatments performed: As massages and cosmetic treatments are services provided, a refund is excluded after completion of the treatment.

  • Dissatisfaction: Should you be dissatisfied with a service provided, please inform us immediately on site so that we can find a joint solution (e.g., rectification or price reduction).

2. Cancellations & Deposits

  • Refunds for appointments already paid for will be processed according to our terms and conditions:

    • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: Refunds are not possible; any deposits already paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.

3. Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Validity: Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will be credited towards future treatments, but cannot be paid out in cash.

 

4. Products (goods for sale)
If you have purchased care products in our spa, the following applies:

  • Returns: Only accepted in unopened, sealed original condition within 14 days upon presentation of the receipt.

  • Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Defects: In the event of demonstrable product defects or intolerances (after consultation), we will of course provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.
